Who comes out to look at it?
Cam handles the quoting, so on most jobs he will be the one who visits and prepares your quote.
Is my job too small?
No job is too small. Power points, light fittings, fuses, ovens, range hoods and bathroom fans are everyday work for our team.
What if I do not know what I need?
That is common and not a problem. Request a callback and we will talk it through with you over the phone.
Do I have to give you my address?
Not on the form. We will confirm your address when we call or when the site visit is booked.
Can I get more than one thing looked at?
Yes. List everything in the job description or mention it when we call, and we will quote it all together.
What if the job turns out to be bigger than the quote?
The scope is agreed with you before work starts. If something unexpected is found, such as a hidden fault behind a wall, we will let you know and confirm it with you before any extra work is done.
Why is one quote cheaper than another?
Quotes often differ because they cover different work. Cable runs, switchboard capacity, the fittings included, wall repairs and certification all affect the price. It is worth checking what each quote includes before comparing totals.
What paperwork do I get at the end?
Compliance certificates and records are supplied on completion. Keep them with your property documents, as they are proof the work was done to standard.
